Madagascar, Nosy Be and its islands

See photos ?

Nosy Be, (literally "The Big Island"), to the north-western of Madagascar, is the largest island off the coast of Madagascar.

The plantations of ylang-ylang and aromatic plants also earned it the name of "island of perfumes".

Nosy Be? Nothing other than an invitation to laze on untouched coastal fringes where the beaches and sea beds resplend with serenity, peace and raw nature. Each of the islands, as close as Tanikely Nosy, Nosy Komba and Nosy Sakatia, or the more distant ones such as Radama or Mitsio archipelago, contains treasures of beauty. They are preserved from "concrete construction" and major projects, and have remained intimate havens where nature legitimately retains all of its rights.

Activities, which are essentially sea and beach oriented, are numerous in Nosy Be: boat trips, snorkelling or scuba diving, and the discovery of the surrounding islands ...
The interior of the island is also worth visiting: ylang-ylang and sugar cane plantations, rum distilleries, and nature reserves ... Nosy Be will never cease to amaze you...
